When is my order shipped?
Domestic orders placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped the same business day. We ship our orders via FedEx. From our Manhattan Distribution Center, Standard Ground Shipping delivers to addresses within the tri state area approx. 1 day, and within 2-5 business days to all other domestic locations (use our Time-In-Transit Map to estimate the delivery time for UPS or FedEx Ground). You can also specify 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select to meet your delivery requirements. Upon shipment by FedEx, you will be emailed a tracking number that can be used to track your shipments on www.fedex.com.We recommend using FedEx 3 Day Saver for smaller items and faster delivery on the West Coast. Shipping options and prices are quoted on the second checkout (shipping calculation) screen, and can be viewed prior to entering your credit card number.
How do I track my order?
Once you place your order and complete payment process, you will be e-mailed with your order status. You will be provided with a link to the carrier’s website and tracking number. Please note that it may take up to one business day for your order tracking information to become available online.
Can I have my purchase shipped to a PO Box, APO or FPO address?
Yes. AudioDonkey can ship to an APO or FPO address by using Air Mail services from the Post Office. We will not ship to a PO Box within the continental US.
Can I ship my order internationally?
Currently we do not process international orders. We know that there is demand in international markets and we plan to serve all our customers, here and abroad.
Do I have to wait at my home or office all day for my delivery?
For your security and protection, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order between the hours of 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday trough Friday excluding holidays. We deliver our orders via UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. The drivers delivery routes change from day to day so there is no way to determine the exact time your order will be delivered. The driver may decide whether or not to leave the order unattended. If the delivery cannot be made, your order will be returned to the local delivery center and another attempt will be made.
What happens if I need to specify a delivery date/time for my order?
We are unable to specify a particular time for your order to be delivered.
How much does shipping cost?
To calculate the cost of shipping, place your item(s) in the Shopping Cart. From the Cart, you can see what the shipping cost will be per item. It also shows the total cost of shipping and handling of your entire order near the bottom of the page. You can also find out the cost of different shipping methods (Ground, Second-Day and Next-Day).
How do I ship to a military address?
When entering your shipping address, put your CMR or PSC number on address line 1 and your box number on address line 2. If your address includes a unit designation, put that on line 1 and the PSC/CMR and box number information on line 2. examples:
For "City" put in APO or FPO depending on your branch of service On the "State" line enter the following: For AE, use AE For AA, use AA For AP, use AP On the "ZIP/Postal Code" line, enter the ZIP code normally used. On the "Country" line, leave it as USA In the "Phone Number" area, we cannot accept international numbers. We suggest you enter the phone number of a family member or friend who is stateside
Why was my order sent in multiple boxes when it could have all fit in one?
AudioDonkey packages the items according to safety for your items, weight, and size. The most common reason multiple boxes are used is due to multiple warehouse locations. Obviously if the items are stocked in different warehouses then they cannot be boxed together.
Refused or non-deliverable shipment returned back to AudioDonkey.com. What happens now?
If the shipment is "Returned to Sender", AudioDonkey will receive the packages back and then credit the customer in full less any shipping and handling charges, including all items paid for that returns with those refused boxes. If not all items are refused then only the items received back will be refunded.
Is shipping added cumulatively for each item I order or does shipping reduce when you purchase multiple items?
When you order multiple items, the cost of shipping for the second item is 50% of the full shipping price. For instance handling and shipping on one product costs $6.00, so the second item will be shipped to you for $3.00, and the total shipping cost will be $9.00. If you add items to the shopping cart, the shipping cost will be calculated for you automatically.
Does AudioDonkey.com cross ship items?
No. We absolutely do not cross ship.
What do I do if an item is received damaged?
AudioDonkey operates a hi-tech warehouse and shipping facility. However If an item is received with obvious damage during transit by the courier, please show the damage to the driver and have him make a note of it and refuse the shipment. Please email Customer Services to notify us so we may get a head start on a damage claim.
In the event you did not notice the damage before it was delivered please email Customer Service to start a damage claim with the courier.
Please be advised we will issue a reshipment or a refund whenever the claim is resolved.
What if my order is lost in transit?
Before notifying us about a lost package, Please make sure that the delivery time frame has passed
We ship from Zip 11211 and you can calculate the delivery time for ups by clicking here , if it is in fact lost please email Customer Services to notify us so we may start an immediate tracer with the courier.
Please be advised a tracer with UPS usually takes about 8 business days, (and approx the same with other couriers)
Please be advised we will issue a reshipment or a refund whenever the claim is resolved.
