What if I received the wrong product?
Please contact our customer service using the Contact Form or by emailing Customer Services to help you resolve this issue. Please don't forget to provide your order number.
When will I get my refund?
We will do whatever we can to assure that a refund is processed as soon as possible.
Once we process your returned package, you will be e-mailed by the receiving department acknowledging receipt, and letting you know how long it will take to process the refund, Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection once your package arrives.
Packages that have a pending claim with the courier will be refunded after the claim was resolved.
What do I do if I receive a damaged pruduct?
If the item appears to have obvious damaged by the carrier, immediately tell the delivery person that you do not want to receive this package and contact our customer service to submit a damaged shipment claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the delivery person to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and if they are damaged refuse the package. In either case, when you contact the Customer Service, please make sure to provide your order number.
Do I need to include everything if I return the product?
Yes. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, and packaging must be returned. In most cases, items sent in for an exchange or repair will be replaced with another full item set with all accessories.
Is there a restocking fee?
We, at AudioDonkey, reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on each return depending on the condition of the return. However, if the returned package is missing any of the manufacturer's supplied accessories and/or packaging or there is an obvious damage or visible wear to the unit, we reserve the right to reject the return and ship it back to you.
Who pays for shipping an item back to AudioDonkey.com
In order to offer you our low prices every day, we can’t absorb the full cost of handling and shipping on the returned product. The good news is that we will pay for shipping you the return replacement. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
I received an e-mail saying that the serial number of the retuned product I sent in does not match the serial number of the item I was sent from AudioDonkey.com?
Sometimes we find a customer has inadvertently returned an item that does not belong to AudioDonkey.com. In such a case, the item in question will be returned to the customer with a request to send the correct item.
